Former Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua Offered Quick Route Back To Heavyweight World Title In Next Fight

Anthony Joshua could be set for a lifeline in his quest to once again become world champion.

Anthony Joshua was last in action in September when he suffered a devastating fifth round knockout defeat to IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois.

It denied ‘AJ’ the chance to become a three-time heavyweight champion, and seemingly left him on the sidelines in the title picture.

That could now be about to change, after a top heavyweight contender revealed he would be willing to face Joshua next, in a fight where the winner would most likely challenge for world honours next.

The man in question is Joseph Parker, the former WBO heavyweight champion who took on Joshua back in March 2018.

Parker is the current mandatory and Interim Champion to Oleksandr Usyk’s WBO title, and so a win for Joshua over the New Zealander would skyrocket him straight back into world title contention
