“Joshua or Not” – Warren on Daniel Dubois’ Next Opponent

Frank Warren, promoter of IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois, shared his thoughts on who could be the next opponent for the English boxer.

Quote: “Daniel will fight next year, early in the year. We’re currently looking at several options. I hope to announce by next week who he’ll be fighting. But he will defend his title, and we’ll see who that opponent will be.

It could be Joshua, or it might not be. It all depends on the circumstances. He’s definitely going to face someone, that’s for sure, and he’ll build on what he achieved in that fight,” Warren told TalkSport.

Reminder: The first bout between Dubois and Joshua took place on September 21. AJ was considered the favorite going into the fight but was punished by his opponent. Joshua was knocked down multiple times before ultimately being knocked out in the fifth round.
